A gringa from Southern Vermont who adores the poetry of Pablo Neruda and Townes Van Zandt among others. I love the Spanish language, the study of translation, and the beauty of the English language. Pink Flamingos

Usually these guys are seen as the ultimately cliché of tackiness in the form of lawn ornaments. This artistic likeness adorns a wall in the Springfield Science Museum.
